My approach is an alchemy of neuroscience-based insights and hypnosis, life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, and a touch of heart-based "woo-woo".
While I could provide an extensive list of my 20 years of personal development training, workshops, and certifications to demonstrate my expertise, what's more important to me is my continuous growth as a lifelong learner. I am always exploring new brain-based techniques and methodologies to help facilitate positive change in our world.

People would tell you that I am highly skilled at empowering people to create new awareness, release the past, break the habits of self-doubt, and fears keeping them stuck, rewire and rewrite their brains (I LOVE neuroscience and brain-based hypnosis) and old stories to create and live an abundant life they LOVE.
People are attracted to my playful aliveness; my sparkling (glitter) energy inside and out. I walk the walk so know that we can have the talk. ❤️
